What counts as an "active" experiment?
An experiment is active while it’s collecting data. Once you mark it as concluded, it moves to your history and stops counting against your cap. Free includes 3 active at a time — conclude one to start another.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro the moment you outgrow the cap — we keep your history. Move from Pro to Lifetime and we credit any unused month against the price.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You drop back to Free. Your active experiments above the 3-cap pause until you conclude one or reactivate — nothing is lost.
Why offer a Lifetime deal?
Xi is built and run by a small team without outside funding. Lifetime supporters help cover infrastructure for years and they get a flat rate forever. Honest answer: if you’ll use Xi for 18+ months, Lifetime pays for itself.
Are there team or agency licences?

How is billing handled?
All payments run through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They collect VAT/GST/sales tax wherever you are and issue a tax-compliant receipt automatically.
